Sugar-free Blueberry Muffins!
I found this little recipe on the internet, and I tried it and LOVED it. They’re easy to make, and at around 71 calories per muffin, definitely a healthy breakfast choice!
Ingredients
1 1/2 cup flour
3/4 cup Splenda
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
2/3 cup plain fat-free yogurt
2/3 cup water
3/4 cup blueberries (or some other fruit of your choosing)
Preheat oven to 400F. Combine dry ingredients, then add water and yogurt. Mix, then add the blueberries and stir carefully, making sure not to crush the berries. Grease muffin cups, or put paper cups in, and fill 3/4 of the way. Bake for approx. 18 minutes.
Servings: 12
Nutrition facts for 1 serving:  71 calories, 0.3 g fat, 193.5 mg sodium, 15.9g carbs, 2.4g fiber, 2.8g protein.

Sounds yummy!
..but I’d use soy flour instead of white & Stevia instead of Splenda :)

CLEAN CHOCOLATE PROTEIN CAKE Recipe!

Here is a delicious, clean, and MOIST protein chocolate cake recipe from my coach. http://blog.fatimaleitekusch.com/post/17631704129/chochocolateproteinmuffins?a6e4d810 I swapped and added a few items but not too much! It’s fabulous either way you make it.

Recipe:

156 grams Oatmeal Flour (Take slow cooking oats dry, blend them up into a flour using the blender)

2 Scoops MAGNUM Quattro Isolate (I used Chocolate Love)

1/4 tsp Sea Salt

1/2 tsp Baking Soda

Take all dry ingredients and mix them together well.

In a separate bowl mix the following:

126 grams of Egg Whites

1/2 cup Water

1 Cup Blueberries (Blend them up in food processor)

1/2 Cup or (120 grams) Non Fat Greek Yogurt

1 TBSP Pure Vanilla

3 TBSP 100% Cocoa Powder

Once both bowls of ingredients are mixed well, take the wet ingredients and slowly mix them into the dry ingredients. Mix well.

Spray with PAM 9 inch cake tin. Pour the ingredients into tin.

Oven 350F. Bake for 25-30 minutes. Let cool. Check with a fork to see when the batter is cooked. Be careful not to overcook your cake!

CASHEW BUTTER ICING Recipe:

4 TBSP Natural Cashew Butter

1/4 Cup or (60 grams) Non Fat Greek Yogurt

1/2 tsp Pure Vanilla

2 packets of Stevia

Blend all together and done! I put my icing in the refrigerator while I was waiting for the cake to cool.

WARNING: You will want to eat more than one slice. It’s heavenly! I dare you to make this for your guests, don’t tell them it’s clean, and they will never know the difference!

(Please tag me, tweet me, or message me if you try this recipe. I promise you will not be disappointed! Enjoy!!!)

Baking this right now, as recommended by Becca! :)
